Mugwort is a common plant that can be found in Asia, North America, and Northern Europe. It has long been used for its medicinal and energetic benefits of aiding the digestive system, increasing psychic awareness and lucid dreams, balancing female hormones and reducing anxiety.
You can use the root, leaves and flowers of this plant in teas, tonics, tinctures and smudge sticks.
Cleavers otherwise known as sticky weed, it is a cooling herb that helps clear heat and stagnation and to increase flow within the body. It is a very good remedy for coughs and to promote movement of the lymphatic system, so aiding in the body's detoxification process as well as supporting the liver. You can eat the leaves raw in a salad, cook with them in a soup or make a tea or infused water with them. You can eat the flowers, leaves and seeds of this plant.
