Ingredients:
2 liters Whole milk
200 ml Cornstarch or cornstarch
7 cloves
5- 6 cinnamon sticks Cinnamon (10 gr)
120 gr Panela, papelón, piloncillo or sugar (you can add up to 250 gr maximum, quantities used but we will use less than half in our recipe).
Note: The amounts of sugar or Pnaela are to taste. Preferably do not sweeten so much if you are going to add a sauce that has additional sugar.
Red berries jam
500 gr Red Fruits
1 lemon
4 - 6 tablespoons sugar (or Stevia)
1 tbsp cornstarch or corn starch
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon brandy or rum
10 - 20 tablespoons water
