Vinegar prevents the dough from getting tough. Professionally, we say it makes the gluten relax which in turn creates flaky pies. Thanks for the support 💖

If you're talking about the powdered mix, YES. If it's for the wet mix, you need to refrigerate it, if no light please don't try it. That recipe contains egg and milk I hope this answered your question? 💖💖💖

This is 'crunchy Buns'. Yeast aren't added to this. The non crunchy ones has a little addition of yeast (majorly used by some vendors now to save frying time)
