F&W's Justin Chapple demonstrates how to make crispy no-fry taco shells.
Use a baking rack and hang the tortillas from the rack while they bake in the oven. Once they're crispy and light brown, remove from the oven and fill with your taco ingredients. It's healthy and you didn't have to fry anything.
