Hey Din, great video. Maybe a silly question. The lentils are these the type you have to soak over night or can the non soak variety ne used? Cheers

They are red lentils and you must soak over night!

Chef Din. I did soak over night and just made a batch. I have done a few recipes for onion bhajis. Your recipe is amazing. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and taste superb. Cheers chef👍👍👍👏👏
