To make toast bread from scratch, you will need 450 g of all-purpose flour, 7 g of instant yeast, 6g od sugar, 8 g of salt, 270 g of lukewarm (not to warm) water. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add in warm water, then knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. Add in the butter by folding it in and kneading long enough (about 10 minutes or more). (Not like me, I totally messed it up by not kneading long enough. Although that, the result was simply delicious.) Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for about half an hour to an hour in a warm place or in the fridge overnight like me. (Letting it rise slowly over night makes a more flavorful dough. So, if you have the time to wait, just do it.) Punch down the dough, roll it out and shape it into a loaf. Let it rise again in your preferred oven safe dish and for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and bake the bread for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Once baked, let it cool before slicing and toasting according to your preference. Enjoy!
