Pan Börek
Ingredients
three phyllo dough
1.5 cups cold milk
Two eggs
Half a teaspoon of sunflower oil
100 g butter
150 g feta cheese
100 g pizza cheese
a teaspoon of salt
Preparation
First we melt our butter. In addition, we add milk, eggs, flower oil, salt and the melted butter into the mixing bowl and mix them all well with a whisk. We lay the first phyllo on the pre-buttered pan - as I showed in the video - we lay the phyllos on the pan wavy-style. We fill the pan by pouring sauce in between the layers. As for the half layer, we put our cheese filling and do the repeat the process with the remaining dough. Let's be careful not to get any sauce on the outside of the dough. Cook on low heat so that it does not burn. We evenly cook/bake both sides without burning. Once done, let it rest for about 10 minutes and cut into slices. It goes very well with brewed tea. it's tastes as good as Moist Börek (Su Böreği). Enjoy
