I made your recipe and followed the directions on your website! Some things that helped me from there Use white vinegar from the beginning. Add 1 tsp at a time slowly until it curdles. It should only take a few minutes after the right acidity is reached. The website also mentions using full fat milk. I had skim milk and just added some heavy cream. Thank you so much for your video and recipe!!

Mam, you added lemon while milk was on the flame but some recipes show that we should add lemon/vinegar after turning off the flame. What is the difference between the end results of both the methods?

Lemon just makes it separate sooner, it also gives different textures and flavors. But you can do it either way some prefer lemon and others prefer vinegar I personally use both

If you keep heat on after adding lemon or vinegar. Paneer will become tough, to keep it smooth and soft turn off the heat as soon it cuddles up.

Same. The recipe that I followed said to turn off the flame and add the lemon juice so I did and the milk curdled a little bit. I let it sit for 10 minutes as it said and when I came back it was no different. I then poured it into a cloth that was in a colander and was and it was still milky and only a little bit of cheese stuck to the cloth so I call it a fail . I am going to try again hopefully it turns out. I will keep cooking when I put the lemon juice in until it separates clear liquid with chunks of cheese .
