Paneer recipe
Ingredients:
1 liter of milk
1 lemon
1/4 cup of water
Method:
Start by boiling up to 1 liter of milk and adding the juice of one lemon mixed with 1/4 cup of water. Mix it well and let it boil for a while. Then, turn off the gas and cover the container with a lid for 5 minutes. After that, strain the paneer and transfer it to a cloth, keeping it in a container. Apply some weight to the paneer to make it thick and give it the desired shape. Remove the weight after at least 20 minutes. And there you have it, fresh and homemade paneer ready! Just remember not to store it for more than 2-3 days.
