Great video Daryl, when I smoke my corned beef I never rinse it but I like salty then I slice about thick bacon thick. If you have leftovers heat up a cast iron skillet screamin hot put your slices in and you have a nice crispy piece of pastrami bacon. Keep up the great work my friend

Good honest review of your own results. It's a lot easier to digest than hearing someone going "Mmmmm... OMG!" before the food even hits their palate. Looking at my corned beef brisket as I type this and my local store was all sold out of corona cabbage, so.... ;-)

Im going to try this for St Patricks day instead of CB&C. Montreal steak seasoning is a good convenient blend for this as well as my Texas rub doctored up with some coffee grounds.

Awesome presentation. Looks awesome. I could almost smell and taste it. Been wanting to try this for some time. Now I have confidence I can do it. I have just a regular pellet grill but I know it works well. Thumbs up from Texas.

Looks awesome, a great video for us as we can’t get corned beef brisket in stores here and have to brine our own. Maybe you can share your recipe for that as well. Keep on smokin’!

Rancher's Hot Tip, get a MUCH sharper knife and chill your meat substantially before you do your trimming You will get a much nicer job and it will be much easier as well, friend.

I wish I'd looked you up before I tried my first store bought corned beef. I plunged ahead by only rising. Way too salty, maybe a lot of pastrami hash in the near future.
