In this video I will show you step by step on how to make Make Perfectly Moist Almond Flour Banana Bread: Low Carb Banana Bread at home. It is simple and easy to make with all the ingredients you already have on hands.
Ingredients:
- 3 large (4-5) small banana
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups almond flour (you can use all purpose/wheat/oat flour)
- 1 stick unsalted butter (8 tablespoons). If you use salted butter, skip the salt.
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (to balance the sweetness)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar (brown or white) I used coconut sugar
Tip: preheat oven at 350 degrees then bake for 50 minutes and 325 then bake for 60 minutes
