Good except you need to fry the sausages separately or at least longer with the onions to give them some color. Looks like cheap boiled sausages. Also oregano?

Very interesting use of what we in North America call hot dogs. Sure beats having them in buns. Did you make the saffron water? I seem to recall something like that on your channel.

GaaaH! Those sausages pisses me off! But I've seen them being used in both Korean and Japanese cooking so I might have to try them in this dish. I totally blame the Americans for those becoming popular around the world :-P
