So just an idea for you at the last stage of making the roll. When the string has the bag put on it have it be set on a board that goes down at an angle \ to the machine that closes the ends. The person on the machine will never have to move. Also when they come out the bottom have it go at an angle\ into a box which when filled up can easily be shipped instead of having to pick it all up off the ground again.

It’s amazing that a third world country is showing first world countries how to recycle waste products into something that the world can use. 🙏
@turinnihusbands1039

Yes i would add to what Mr James Cotter said. Because first world countries like USA, Canada, Europe, and even Spain. Have it better than these third world countries. And yet still these countries continue to waste things. It's funny when a country goes into a recession people use all the resources that they can find, when it comes to recycling material things. If we as a people want to make the world a better place, first and third world countries must come together.
@TAWNYVLOG
Жыл бұрын
Well, James Rotters comment ist actually pretty much nonsense. This is no thrid world country, showing first world countrys, how to recycle waste products. The Extruder and the string granulator shown in this video are stone age, with an estimated output of 50 kilos an hour, with two workers needed to refill, change dirt sieves and further support the recycling process. Western world country extruders can produce 1000 Kilos in 30 minutes, fully automated. And this guys in the video propably had spend another hour with sorting out polyethylen bottle caps by hand, before they even started their regranulation process. If any Western world countrys company would let workers handsort through mixed plastic waste, they'd face bancrupcy very soon. One Kilo recycled Polyethylen granulat costs less then 1€. Recycling processes as shown in this video, is for countrys, where workers salary is 50€ a month or even less.

This is sorta amazing. But I've never seen such tiny rolls in my life. That's what, 20 - 30m each? Way too much work and packing material to produce such tiny rolls. The rolls I buy measures 40cm x 30cm diameter. I go through that in about 3 months. 😁 And if the factory were to invest in machinery to spin and ply these, they'd make ropes that are much much stronger and less likely to fray. I do that, but it is slow because I do it manually with a simple tool I make. Spun and plied 4-up, this kind of rope can easily support more than my weight (about 60-65kg). Probably more, but I haven't tested it to destruction.
