Hmmm, I’m curious 🤔 why are the noodles more uniform in the ending shot with the sauce compared to when you showed the noodles in your hand you had soaking in cold water.

at 5:12 she says she didn't end up shooting what she mixed the noodles with. The footage is from the sichuan hot and sour noodles recipe, where she used store-bought noodles.

She replaced the original noodles with store bought ones. That's a disappointment because it makes me feel that the noodles she made, didn't hold up.

Noodle making, I seen this and I seen another way which required dusting... this way appears a better slurping noodle!? I must make and have.. it’s pretty set up I think I’ll like it the way you make. I rather see how you make it ... must be safe.. zero salt and I’m not going gray or falling apart. How I interacted with noodle making and compliment.

Hi, I have a problem/question, I tried making these noodles, but with cornstarch as a substitute as I had no potato starch. I followed all the steps, but it never activated and just became even more watery than it already was, I tried adding more of the starch, it thickened it a little, but was still too watery to stay together
