Medium size prawns 250gms
Rice 1 glass, soaked for 20 minutes
Water- double the quantity of rice.
DRY SPICES
Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tsp
Deghi chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 3 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
WHOLE SPICES
Green cardamom 3
Cinnamon 1 inch stick
Black pepper corns 10
Cloves 4
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Bayleaf 2
FOR MARINATION
Little salt and turmeric
Lemon 1
Green chillies 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Curry leaves 10
Onions 2 medium
Tomatoes 2 medium
Coriander leaves for garnish
Oil for cooking.
