If we’re being honest, the majority of graphics designers are at a beginner level skill and they don’t do great work. Similarly, the majority of research assistants or data analysts don’t do great work in terms of what I consider a Maverick level of contribution to the creative or analyst process. Heck, the majority of people in all professions don’t stand out, that’s why people that stand out are massively successful by comparison. As I’ve personally experienced, GPT4 and similar AI does almost everything a non-Maverick will do. You guys likely fall into the Maverick category and are deeply engaged in your work, but don’t project that skill onto your peers when you review them. You stand out because the majority doesn’t.

For anyone reading this that is getting super excited about making 34k/mo with logos on Etsy, please understand that is not realistic and although possible, it would take a very long time. The 1st shop he showed has been on Etsy for 9 years so that level of success took quite a while. @@peterfoxtrott8750 Generally it comes down to the concept, and how abstract the idea is as it relates to the business itself. It's pretty easy to spot an Ai generated logo vs a professional logo design if you know the company. These are reasonable options for startups, or people with $0. It significantly devalues the work that real designers like me do, though, because people like this are setting an expectation of "cheap is good, good is cheap". Graphic Design is a trade, and it takes practice and persistence to learn the craft. Ai should not be used in this way; it's extremely predatory to the industry and to clients that aren't aware that they're buying a logo that their competitor could just rip off with zero consequence.

@@lemoncreativeco.8431ai can and will automate many aspects of graphic design and should be used by graphic designers to remain competitive. But it shouldn't be relied on for he entire srt making process. It is a help, something to do the mundane parts of creation. I don't think it should be used entirely to generate the art. But at the rate it's advancing I think it's already the path we are headed down. It's advancing in ability very quickly. In a few years time all these separate settings, parameters, and programs from midjounrey to invoke ai and chat gpt will all be more or less one unified program. Sure different companies will have their own but all these are gonna get wrapped up in every single thing we do daily. From emails, to meetings to art and beyond. The genie is out of the bottle. Ai can save a ridiculous amount of time, and if your creative with how you use it you can create even better designs than you would on your own. For example, getting a bunch of extra mock up ideas that can give you some inspiration into the final design. You can also use Ai heavily in the design pitch and presentation.

This may work to make some money for a while, but the competition will be intense, clients can be *difficult*, you'll be undercut by people all over the world, and the logos you made are all absolute ass.

As a beginner investor, it's essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable 🤷. Myself I'm guided by Mrs Camille Anne Hector, a widely known crypto consultant 💪

@Carlos.Scheffler.7133 I'm sure her service is available outside the US, but you gotta ask her first. I'm positive because I have a friend who stays in Australia and using her services too. You should ask her though to know if she offers her service to your country.

I don't like midjourney bcz it is very diffucult to use. The computer-user interface isn't that easy and pleasent I wish if there is an easier platform.

I want to create a business that I can copyright. Why would someone start a company that you cannot copyright? If you use AI generated image your logo for commercial use cannot be copyrighted or trademarked

All good. Except that, you forgot to show your AI Illustrator presets/settings. I purchased the AI Illustrator and couldn't repeat your results.

Remember those businesses made that money before Ai became prevalent. Now for $10 any customer can get dozens of logos off midjourney or other ai generators and with $20ish bucks do the same thing shown here. Obviously not everyone will but I doubt those rusty shops will keep their prices so high with the over saturation of people using ai to rapidly make art, logos etc. Keep perspective is all.

The quality isn't even close yet. The ai ones are easy to spot and worst of all you don't own them. So even if you "buy" an ai generated logo anyone can steal your logo and use it with no legak ramifications.

What about copyright, can you claim this as yours, Since it’s AI designed I thought it can’t be copyrighted ?

amazing how nowadays people on the internet are teaching how to plagiarize other people and call it "professional something" it has nothing to do with being a professional, but has a lot to do with being a lazy-ass.

If a person use AI for suggested design or my own, is there a way to verify image, font, etc to prevent copyright problems?

Why wouldn’t you just use Adobe illustrator to create the entire logo rather than paying for the other programs - won’t your client want the logo as an eps file?
