You can add pectic enzyme to clear it You can buy it from arishtam.com and you'll see the instructions there as well 😊

Great detailed video! Thanks once again. Since I am making this wine for the 1st time I have followed your grape juice method. I have purchased sodium metabisulfite from the link u gave. After the entire fermentation is over of my grape juice, can u guide as to how to use this as a S.Metasulfite preservative. Its Qty etc. Also can u throw some knowledge on sodium benzoate plz?

You can add sodium metabisulphite 1 gm for 4 litres Sodium benzoate is a class 2 preservative and I recommend you to not use it. You potassium sorbate instead

You need to add Sodium metabisulphite/potassium metabisulphite (both are fine) And Potassium sorbate If you can't get potassium sorbate, you can use sodium benzoate

Sir natural yeast ka yeh hi issue hota hai. Aap usse spoon se uppar uppar se utha lo aur baaki ki siphon kardo

Haan even if aap real ka tetra pack use karenge, toh yeast toh settle hoga hi. Toh I suggest halka sa toh chordh hi dena

Yes maybe. It has a strong smell of fermented fully. Maybe a bit sweet when sugar is left

Totally wrong, inadequate and incomplete process. Where is secondary fermentation. I know you will reply that the secondary fermentation will begin bottles... seriously... Your bottles will catch all sediments and your wine will be off flavor and cloudy....

You can use food grade steel. But please use air tight container with air lock
