Pumpkin Bread
(Ingredients) 1 loaf mold
300g strong flour
2 tablespoons sugar (20g)
1/2 teaspoon salt (3g)
1 teaspoon (4g) dry yeast
250g pumpkin (150g as a paste)
150-180g lukewarm water

Add lukewarm water to the pumpkin and mix.
Put the ingredients in a container, mix, and let rest for 15 minutes.
Cut the skin of the pumpkin into small pieces.
Roll out the dough and fold it 10 times.
Ferment until the dough doubles in size.
Cut the dough into 3 equal pieces, roll it out and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Roll out with a rolling pin to 15 x 20 cm and place the pumpkin skin on top.
Roll up from the front and then roll up again.
Place the dough evenly in the bread pan and press the surface.
Ferment until the dough comes out from the edge of the mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 30 minutes.
How to make the height of the dough pile even
1) Measure the amount of dough you cut into pieces accurately.
