N-trance, Orbital, Ragga twins, Altern 8, SL2, Adamski, Nightmares on Wax, Mr Monday, K Klass, Zero B, Unique 3, Opus 3, Bizarre inc, Utah Saints, Joey Beltram, 808 State, Future sound of London and that's just off the top of my head. Ultrasonic's Annihilating Rhythm (parts 1&2) would make a good tutorial. It shows you can combine a few musical ideas into 1 cohesive piece of music. And it has speed changes in it. Plus it's a classic and needs more attention from the new generation. And Mallorca Lee is still active on social media as himself and Ultrasonic. You could have a guest host with the original artist 😉
