HOW TO MAKE RED VELVET COOKIES
INGREDIENTS:
210g Plain Flour
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
½ fine salt
125g Unsalted Butter, softened
90g Caster Sugar (we use in all our cakes)
90g Dark Brown Soft Sugar
1 Medium Free Range Egg
1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
19g tube Red Gel Colouring
150g white chocolate, chopped into chunks

We found this recipe on a Waitrose Recipe Card and its a great version of a cookie for all the family.
but remember these are red and sweet so how about making them for special occassions too, like Christmas or Valentines Day.
