Rice Wafers Stuffed with Nuts (Güllaç🌹)
Ten wafers
Two liters of milk (makes 10 cups)
Two cups of granulated sugar
Four tablespoons of powdered sugar
Five tablespoons of coconut
One soup bowl of nuts
Half a teacup of rose water
For the topping:
Banana
🍓 Strawberry
Preparation:
We pour sugar and milk into a saucepan and melt it, then we add the rest of the milk and turn off the stove, we add rose water, we pour a ladle of milk into our tray. We place the wafers into the tray and pour the milk on it. We sprinkle the powdered sugar and coconut. When we’re half way through the layers, we put nuts. The rest is the same, as follows. Let's put aside two ladles of milk and pour it after the dessert rests for a while and absorbs the milk. We put it in the fridge and cool it down a little, then slice it and decorate it with banana, strawberry, peanut, hazelnut and rose petals.
Post Script: We use a cup of milk for each wafer. Those who want can add vanilla.
