How To Make Seasoned Soft-boiled Eggs and Egg Yolk in Soy Sauce
Soft-boiled Eggs in Soy Sauce Ingredients] 4 servings
- Ingredients: 10 Egg, 1tsp Salt, 1tbsp Vinegar
- Soy Sauce mixture Ingredients: 1 cup of Soy sauce, 1.5 cup of Water, 1/2 cup of Sugar, 1/2 Onion, 1 Green chili, 1 Red chili, 1/2 Green onion
1.Cook the egg with a bit of salt for about 8~9 minutes to make it soft-boiled. (tip. Leave the egg at room temperature before cooking to prevent it from cracking.)
2.Add boiled egg in the cold water. Remove eggshell and place in the food container.
3.Chop the onion and cut green onion, red chili, and green chili. Mix all soy sauce mixture ingredients well.
4.Pour soy sauce mixture on the boiled eggs and cover the top with plastic wrap. Let it stabilize in the fridge for about 2~4 hours. It is recommended that you eat as soon as possible.
5.Add some sesame oil and dried seaweed flakes to your preference. Enjoy!
