New Orleans Native Charlie Andrews demonstrates on how to make his delicious and flavorful Shrimp Creole. This dish is a local New Orleans Favorite!!!! Shrimp Creole is a dish of Louisiana Creole Heritage. This dish is made my freshly caught Louisiana Shrimp. The shrimp peeled cleaned and deveined, then we take the heads and shells and make a delicious and flavorful Shrimp Stock. We add our stock to a non-salted tomato sauce along with our own seasonings, herbs, and spices followed by the Nola Trinity of Onion, Bell Pepper, Celery and garlic. Then we Smother our shrimp in the tomato sauce to create a DELICIOUS and FLAVORFUL dish!!!! Hope you all will be willing to give this dish a try!!!! :)
