Today, I'm introducing how to make Shrimp tempura sushi roll at home!!
Typically, shrimp tempura rolls are made as Hosomaki, but this time I've simplified it even more.
This recipe comes straight from Tempura Kondo, as seen on a Japanese TV program.

■Ingredients
~Tempura~
・Cold Water : 200g
・Cake Flour:110g
→The weight of cake flour and water differs because their densities are different. However, the ratio is 1:1!!
・Shrimp : As you want
・Egg : 1piece
~Sweet Sauce~
・17g:Sugar
・20g:Soy sauce
・5g:Mirin
・5g:Cooking Sake
