* Black beans drained and rinsed
* Garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
* Red beans drained and rinsed
* Cucumber
* Bell pepper
* Jalapeno pepper (seeded) finely diced
* Corn- I cooked and cut mine from cobs, but you can also use frozen or can of corn drained.
* Feta cheese
* Goat cheese
* Onion finely diced
* Italian dressing
* Walnuts
* Pecans
*** Simply omit or add any other ingredients you prefer such as tomato or avocado
Store covered in refrigerator until ready to serve.
