I love having soy yogurt in the morning - but oh gosh, how much plastic garbage it creates! One package lasts only 2-3 days so I buy usually two per week which renders 8-10 per month (in case I eat for a meal like when I cook my Borani Banjan recipe: • 중동에서 온 중독적인 맛! 토마토 가지요... ) and it easily becomes over 100 plastic lids and the pack for a year!
So I decided to reproduce them at home, using less plastic but adding just more time in my daily routine. I have failed, though, many many times. I've had horrible results that stinked like baby poo or mouldy creatures. But I can say now that I have found the perfect method which I want to share today!
[Ingredients]
Glass jars that can hold 500ml (16oz)
Soy milk about 400ml (13oz)
Store-bought soy yogurt 120ml (4oz), I use the one has no additives at all but soy, bacteria culture, and water.
Warm place for 8 hours
