How To Make Spanish Mussels
1 brown onion, finely diced
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup white wine
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tsp ground corinader
1 tbsp sweet paprika
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 can diced tomatoes (400g)
500g thawed half shell mussels
1 tbsp chopped parsley
