Old teaching of my father ... about 1988. With trichlorethylene and transparent sprues, in the right dosage, I made glue! What beautiful memories...as soon as school ended, I went with my father to a trusted shop in Milan, and with the money I saved up, I bought the 1/72 scale WW2 plane kits.

You also can use dichloroethane as a solvent. It's a very cheap and reliable way to make similar cement. The main thing is to keep precautions.

Yes and acetone too. But acetone evaporates quickly so it has to be in an airtight container.

No the plastic glue only melts plastic. Doesn’t work on resin.

Maybe with a different solvent depending on what type of resin it is.
