Potato Bread
Bread flour 370g
Instant dry yeast 5g (1 tsp)
Sugar 15g (1 Tbsp)
Salt 4g (slightly less than a teaspoon)
Mashed potato (about 260g of raw potatoes)
Egg 1
Cooking oil 35g
Cold water 85ml
-Egg salad
Boiled eggs 5
Mashed potato 100g
Cucumber 50g
Greek yogurt 80g
Whole grain mustard 1 Tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Pepper
Please prepare ✔️
Boil and mash the amount of potatoes.
All ingredients are prepared at room temperature.
1. Add all the ingredients except water to the clean ball. And add water in 3 portions to make right consistency of the dough. (The dough is neither dry nor too sticky).
2. Transfer the dough to the workbench and begin kneading the dough. (About for 10-13 minutes).
3. Let dough rise at least doubled in size in a warm place. (about for 1 hour).
4. Transfer the dough to the workbench and divide it. Shape it smooth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
5. After 10 minutes, shape the dough into proper size. Transfer to the prepared pan and let dough rise about for 40-50 minutes in a warm place.
6. Bake for about 15 minutes in the preheated oven to 170 degrees.
7. Allow it to cool down completely and cut it.
