How To Make Sweet Mango Pickle | Aam Ka Meetha Achar!!
Ingredients:
▪︎ 2 raw mangoes
▪︎ 2 tbsp refined oil
▪︎ 5 dried red chili
▪︎ 1 tbsp five spices (panch phoran)
▪︎ 1 tsp turmeric powder
▪︎ Salt
▪︎ Jaggery
▪︎ t tsp vinegar
Method:
▪︎ Cut the mangoes into small pieces and remove the seeds.
▪︎ In a pan add oil, once it gets hot add dried red chillies then add panch phoran and saute it.
▪︎ Now add the mangoes then add haldi and salt mix it, now add 1 cup water and cook it properly.
▪︎ Add jaggery according to the taste then cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
▪︎ At last add 1 tbsp vinegar and mix properly.
