One can buy already sprouted dry corn from Tuesday market in Accra if you so wish. This makes it much easier. Some people are specialized in the preparation of only the sprouted corn for sale. You can always buy from them when you get late order.

Point of correction . Asana is sold normality by women from the Ewe tribe even today in Accra. It got the name asanaa from the Ga word which means taste because the seller will offer some of the drink to the buyer to taste before the actual purchase is done. The Gas have not hijacked it.
