I'm a serious mexican food lover. I literally gave up hope on you tube trying to find a good experienced cook who clearly explained their steps and ingredients, etc. I'm an experienced cook:. but I'm still trying to get my salsas perfected. Living in southern california spoiled me and my taste buds and I worked at a good Mexican restaurant. Hoping I will finally find the right ingredients for shredded beef and the right mole. ( The mole I'm trying to make has a tan / Orange color when it's done ). I believe it's from the Oxacka region ..? But not 100% positive yet. God bless you guys and super appreciative of all of your hard work on the kitchen. Hugs 🤗. 🍅🌮🌶️🌯🥘🍅

I was taught to add chicken powder instead of salt lol. We had a favorite Mexican restaurant, I literally cried when they closed!!! I love Mexican food because of its simplicity and amazing flavors! Everything was served with a creamy green salsa and a super red hot salsa. I often wonder if they used a dry Chile in the red cause of the bold red color. Both were HOT, but so dang good you would cry tears while eating it, eating it ALL 🔥😍😂. I do remember a lot of black flecks in the red salsa and a great garlic flavor. We have never found anyone close to them since 🙁.
