Mate please never stop doing this videos, they are quite fun and educational. The recipes are great and easy to follow for me that have a quite limited selection of easily available cheese products in my country. Dont mind the Italians 😅

I have been making this for years using 25% goat milk for a higher yield, following your chevre recipe. The produced cheese is so good for a burnt Basque cheese cake. 🤤 Edit: typo, because I'm a donkey

A money saving tip. If you have an instantPot with "sous vide" function set the temperature to 23C° and it will keep the temperature perfectly and since it's insulated it will lose much less heat. Does the ninja have the same feature? Does anyone know?

My home staple food, Since childhood Gavin try making the same recipe with Flora Danica . I agree with making it less dry less drained And surly less salt if you want to use it for cheesecake ❤ It's wonderful for cheesecake M.m

What about using a power mixer with a whisk to remove the lumps? Have you tried adding vegetables or chives to make a dip?

In France they use the old fromage blanc to make new fromage blanc. You know the words you don't have to go through this whole process each time.
