A friend recently asked me what I would do if I wanted to make the next 100 days the best of my life. At first I rattled off a few ideas. "Meditate, eat better, pay off debt." But in reality, I had tried doing all of those things at times but never actually stuck to them long-term. So I went on a soul searching mission to figure out why I was so unsuccessful in building good habits in the past and began the journey of a 100 day challenge. This is a documentation of what I have learned. I hope that this will inspire you to think deeply about how you can make a similar change in your own life.
