INGREDIENTS:
PROTEINS:
* 2 medium tilapia
* 6 pieces of hard shell crab legs
* 6-8 steak size pieces of oven grilled mackerel 1 & 1/2” thickness
SOUP BASE INGREDIENTS:
* Boil the following in 2 L of water, and blend till smooth: 4 tomatoes, 1 red bell pepper, 1 habanero chili, 1 large onion, 1 thumb size ginger, green part of 6 scallions 1 hand full fresh flat leaf parsley.
* Blend the following with 1/4 cup water for your Seafood, and tilapia marinade: white part of 6 scallions, 1/2 thumb size ginger, 6 garlic cloves, 1 habanero chili, 1/2 tsp aniseed, salt to taste. 1/2 tsp dry rosemary 1 tsp smoked dry shrimp, 1/2 tsp white pepper, 1 tbsp fried onions
* 1 tbsp cooking oil to fry 1 heaping tbsp tomato paste for soup base.
* Garnish with extra chili peppers, and basil.
