Omg!!!! I love this and thank you for the education on the original gumbo stew/soup. I’m in Northern America and some people believe gumbo is a European/Cajun food. But I know differently. I’m Creole and my father taught us how to eat native African foods like gumbo and other African cuisine

I'm glad the viscosity of the finished product was reduced and not slimy. My mid western/northern sensibilities won't allow me to tolerate that consistency. The final product looks amazing and jam packed with flavor.

Why the hand gloves?
@NanaabasKitchen
Жыл бұрын
Gloves while handling food may be for several reasons. Prevention of contamination, one may have a cut, or wound in the hands, general food safety, handing ingredients with lingering pungent aromas, handling spicy ingredients such as hot peppers, etc. I wear gloves for a few of the above.
