1. Train your brain to be more conscious and mindful. (Mindfulness is your power) 2. Cut out distraction. 3. Work smarter. 4. Access how you are spending your time. Exercise: Ideal week exercise. ( You learn how much time things take and how much time you waste). 5. Plan out a realistic timelines for your goals/task. ( Which goals are most important and easier to start and approach.) 6. Honour your cycles. (Humans are nature) 7. If you truly are passionate about something, you'll make time for it.

In such a fast paced society it can be easy to get overwhelmed or distracted. I truly feel like I’ve been waiting more time than using and With time being the most precious thing we have I don’t want to continue to waste this resource so this is perfect. I definitely want to work on being more mindful 🙏🏽

Personally, i think finding a perfect sleep-wake up time can do half of the work. What i mean is if you're fresh and energetic, you already have that momentum, that inner motivation to get things done. In this past 2 years, i literally experimented a lot with my schedule and finally this year i found the one for me. For instance, i really love 4 am mornings and it's not a big deal for me to wake up that early but the thing is it doesn't really match with my environment and i don't feel like doing anything in the noon coz im kinda tired by that time. So i just shifted it to 6 am and usually start studying at 7 am and that's works perfectly for me. It will take time but once you find it, it's worth it.

I just told Hubby this morning that we need to get our phones out of our bedroom and if we need help getting up in the morning, a good old fashioned "alarm clock" (no internet, social media, emails, texts etc), just the time of day and a sound to wake us up, is all we need!! And I LOVE your "Nature" perspective Aileen!! I remember a woman saying one time... Get, or take your favorite plant, name her after "yourself" and the way you care for your namesake is how you care for yourself!! So if you neglect your plant, that shows how much you're not caring for yourself!!🌱💕🥰🙏🏼

I always appreciate you’re content, truly 🧡🤗✨ The only thing I have an issue with is the idea that “if you are truly passionate about something then you’ll make time for it. And if you’re not making time for it then maybe you don’t really want it.” I just don’t find that to be true for everyone. Sometimes it’s that they really don’t know where or how to start, or even simply that they need to overcome fear of stepping out of a comfort zone and having the courage to go after what they want. Hmm idk if that makes sense. Let me cut it off here before I write a novel 😅

✨Boundaries are honestly so liberating!✨ At first it can feel like a big effort to keep up these boundaries, however, as you stick with it you form the mental muscle, become stronger and are able to appreciate the flow that these boundaries help you to create. Great video! (And your hair looks cute ❤)

Tip 1 was my fav, I feel like it's gonna be the game changer for me. I tend to get easily distracted and insert different tasks within a task, it's really frustrating. I'll work harder on being mindful and practice slowing down. Speaking of slowing down, I really love how you mentioned the moon cycle. I finally understand the different phases I experience from time to time! This video helped me a lot, as always, love you, Aileen!

Perfect timing! Lately I have a lot to do and struggle more often than not. And yesterday something just clicked in my head. I realised that all my distractions e.g. Social Media won‘t do anything for my future they won’t bring me a step closer to my goal and all this time I did spend on Social Media was basically just a waist of time. Later in 10/20 years I don’t want answer the question 'how I spent my 20's' with 'Oh well, Social Media and I learned nothing else than cheap DIYs‘ I won’t delete my Social Media Account but I want to control it and this video helped me to establish my plan. Thank you for your videos, you can’t imagine how much they helped me in the past month.✨☺️

I really liked the last advice. You did the example of languages. I'm a languages enthusiast, and I'd like to learn Chinese. But I'm lazy and I feel if I dedicate too much time to it, I'd not use my day to improve other fields. Maybe Chinese would be more interesting if I could use it with more natives. I loved your example about intellectual desire. I really thought I was passionate about language but maybe I love em but not at the point I would spend hours studying them

7 tip is honor your cycle. This past few weeks I felt like I'm not in the mood to do anything, every morning when I wake up I usually on my phone scrolling through social medias and I felt lazy all day like I don't want to work the whole day. And the following weeks I felt productive, like I don't want to use my cellphone when I wake up. I felt like I have already set what I am going to do when I wake up. I tought it's not okay to feel like your not in the mood to do anything but right now I realise that it's very okay, we're humans and we're not machine that hits me up Miss.

1.Train your brain to be conscious and mindful Being aware and international about what you are doing and intended to do. Mindfulness is power 2.Cut out distractions Put limits on social media, dnd, set boundaries out of sight out of mind 3. Work Smarter Find a tool to help yourself notion it's you 4.Assess how you spend your time Track your day Every single hour be honest and realistic you learn how much time things take, how much time you have wasted. 5. Try out idea week planner Plan your ideal week. Arrange it, fix it up, continuously improve 6. Plan A Realistic Timeline for all Goals It's abt all term goals. List out all of them then, Which one is important and impactful? How long this goal will take then map out. Which of these goals do I already have resources for? Put the puzzle pieces together. If it's a years goal break down what does that look like in a month to month, break all goals time duration in smallest bits possible so it's going to be approachable. 7. Honor Your Cycle Normalise productive and unproductive cycle, there will some time where you're in the mood to be productive and there will be some time even eating finds hard, nothing wrong in it We are not machines, human are nature. 8. If you truly passionate about it,you will find a way You are desire to do that thing just intellectual like in an ideal world you wanna do that thing but realistically you are not passionate about it, in the end it doesn't happen. Be honest with yourself.
