【Ingredients】2servings
300g (1/4 radish) Daikon radish
150g pork belly
10g ginger
1/3 teaspoon sesame oil 1/3 teaspoon
250ml(1cup) dashi stock
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
☆Dashi stock
1cup(250ml) or little more water
3g Dried Kelp
3g Bonito flakes
【Direction】
☆How to make dashi stock
In a saucepan or large frying pan, add a little more water than the amount of stock needed.
Add the dried kelp to this and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, turn the heat to medium and remove the dried kelp just before it boils.
Add the bonito flakes to the boiling stock, heat for 3 minutes, then remove the bonito flakes and it's done.
1. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
2. Peel the daikon radish and cut it into 1cm quarter rounds.
3. Heat sesame oil in a pot or large frying pan over medium heat.
4. Once the frying pan is hot, add the pork belly and fry until browned.
5. After removing excess oil, add daikon radish and mix.
6. Add the stock and ginger and bring to a boil.
7. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
8. Add sugar and soy sauce, cover again and simmer for 5 minutes.
9. Open the lid and simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes and it's done!
【材料】 2人分
大根 300g(1/4本)
豚バラ肉 150g
生姜 10g
ごま油 小さじ1/3
だし汁 … 250ml
砂糖 … 大さじ1
醤油 … 大さじ1
【作り方】
1.豚バラ肉は食べやすい大きさに切ります
2.大根の皮をむき、1cm程度のいちょう切りにします
3.鍋か大きめのフライパンにごま油をしき、中火で熱します
4.フライパンが温まったら豚バラ肉を入れ、焦げ目がつくまで焼きます
5.余分な油を取り除いたら、大根を入れて混ぜます
6.だし汁としょうがを入れて沸騰させます
7.ふたをして弱火で10分煮込みます
8.砂糖と醤油をいれたら再びふたをし、5分間煮込みます
9.ふたを開けて、中火で5分ほど煮詰めたら完成!
