I think you have a very good personality, because you share your know-how with others. So for exemple I can learn. Not many of DJ's doing this selflessly. And for us it's free. Thank you.

@@reorderdj Great! Getting to structuring my track as early has possible has helped me finish more tracks for sure. Some things I'd love to see your take on: 1) drop arrangement, 2) sound selection for layers, 3) your start to finish workflow for producing a song - I'm sure it depends on the song, but I'm curious if there are common themes about how you structure your workflow in order to not only create a great song, but finish it without getting stuck fiddling with certain parts for too long.

Ayy thanks for this. I noticed after a few years of not being happy with my production (after djing for a couple years after that) that looking at waveforms in DJ software gave me this whole other perspective into track construction that I had been missing the mark on for a long time. Particularly how DJ software uses Hi/mid/low colour spectrum so you always get used to what different transients look like for different instruments. I was bashing my head against a wall trying to understand what I was doing wrong with production for a long time and it defeated me. Finally it seems like I have some steps leading in the right direction. Cheers!

Some time ago I back to trance music production and discussed with Nitrous Oxide How to aproach the commencement of studio works. I choosen the blank project everytime basing only on my personal feeling. However this trick is generally great and easy to adopt :-) Generally - construction is always nearly the same :-) Nevertheless on the end there is always the same - trance music :-) Great movie :-) Regards to everyone :-) Cheers :-)
