I've just tried that way and my coffee has more aromas then without stirirng it. For those who want some foam, you can take off the foam of the first raising and put it in your cup, then continue the brewing and stirring. There are plenty of different ways to make coffee. I never saw two times the same recipe. This one changed my way. Thanks for the sharing and good coffee!

I was always wondering why the "وش" of my Turkish coffee fades away! I use a metallic pot to boil out the coffee. Maybe I should buy the copper one. Thank you so much

Nice video. Did you keep stirring it to avoid the crema/foam? Thought turkish coffee is supposed to have the crema.

Thank you for your support! I prefer to stir it so that the coffee is darker and stronger. However, it is each person's preference whether they prefer the stronger coffee or the foam/crema on top. :)
