-1/3 Onion
-1/3 Carrot
-120g Tofu
-1 Tbsp Ketchup
-1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
-1 Tsp Curry powder
-1/2 Tsp Brown sugar
-1/4 Tsp Consommé
-A pinch of paprika powder
-A pinch of nutmeg powder
-A pinch of ginger powder
-Salt
-Black pepper
