Ingredients:
Noodles 285gm
Cooking oil 3 tablespoon
Ginger and garlic paste 1 tbspn
Onion 1/2
Red Capsicum 1/4
Green capsicum 1/4
Cabbage 100gm
Carrot 1/2
Baby corn 100gm
Sugar snap 100gm
2 Spring onion
Salt and pepper 1/3 tspn
Vegetable stock( optional)
Sauce:
Soy sauce 4 tbspn
Oyester sauce 3 tspn
White vinegar 1 and half tspn
Chilli sauce 4 tblspn
Tomato sauce 2 tspn
Sesame oil 2 tblspn
Directions
Add the noodles into the boiling water
Boil for 5 mins.
Rinse with cold water after noodles are boiled
Sauce preparation :
Add Soy sauce 4 tbspn,Oyester sauce 3 tspn,White vinegar 1 and half tspn,Chilli sauce 4 tblspn,Tomato sauce 2 tspn
Sesame oil 2 tblspn in small bowl and then mix well.
Add oil into a cooking pot. Then add ginger and garlic paste.
Add onion, capsicum, sugar snap,baby corn,carrot. Stir for 3 mins then add mushrooms, cabbage, salt black pepper, spring onions.
Fry for 5 min then add boiled noodles.
Pour the half sauce mixer then stir and add rest of them mixer.Stir for 3 to 5 mins.Garnish with spring onions
Ready to serve.
