In this recipe I show you how to make delicious tequeños, I always have them in my freezer since, as a good Venezuelan, they cannot be missing when sharing at home, birthdays or just a craving from time to time.

📃Recipe: ⬇️⬇️🧀 TEQUEÑOS 🧀⬇️⬇️👇🏼
🛒 INGREDIENTS FOR 80 TEQUEÑOS:
- 1kg of all-purpose wheat flour.
- 255 ml of water.
- 200 ml of oil.
- 3 tbsp of cornstarch.
- 2 eggs.
- 1 tsp of salt.
- 1 tsp of sugar.
🥣 PREPARATION:
➡️ Sift the flour with the cornstarch, salt and sugar, form a volcano and add the egg, oil and water.
➡️ Integrate everything very well and knead for 5 minutes, until smooth, cover it and let it rest for 40 minutes.
➡️ Cut the cheese into sticks 8 cm long by 1 cm thick.
➡️ Once the dough is rested, you stretch it with a roller until it is thin (0.25mm) and well manageable.
➡️ Cut it into 2 cm wide strips, take a cheese stick and roll it up with the dough, sealing it very well so that it doesn't have any opening.
➡️ Fry in abundant hot oil for 1 minute approx. until they are golden.
➡️ You can combine the filling with chocolate, bacon, guava sandwich or fried plantain.
➡️ You can keep them in the freezer for approximately 3 months.
