@@theseasonedbutcher4686 When using a cure accelerator like encapsulated citric acid, aren't you supposed to go straight from stuffer to smoker??? This is only the second time I've seen a video where it was held overnight. The first video actually showed how crumbly his sausage turned out....how did your stick's fair?

@@maknbacon7367 now to be honest my snack sticks turned out awesome. I wouldn't let them sit any longer then just over night. The texture was great. But I wouldn't recommend trying it with anything else but snack sticks.

I can’t believe I just saw you drop that pork bone in the garbage 😳 take that bone and smoke it. Then you could use in beans or chili.
