4 garlic cloves cut into slivers
½ cup 120 ml extra-virgin Greek olive oil
4 tablespoons 60 ml Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Greek honey
1 tablespoon Greek balsamic vinegar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
½ cup 25 g chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
½ cup 75 g crumbled Greek feta
