刈包 是一很經典的台灣小吃,大人小孩都喜歡,百吃不膩,尤其是那入口即化的紅燒五花肉,想到就令人垂涎欲滴!
生活在海外的遊子一定很想念家鄉的味道!跟著視頻一步一步的做,其實並不難,現在就自己動手做吧!做個超軟又不易破的荷葉包也很簡單,做大做小隨心所欲,如果沒有時間做荷葉包,也可以去華人超市買現成的荷葉包.
TBSP = 大匙

食材 :
[刈包] :
中筋麵粉 200g
冷水 110g
糖 20g
酵母粉 1/4 tsp
[紅燒肉] :
五花肉 2 磅
冰糖 90g
紹興酒 1/4 Cup
醬油 1/2 Cup
冷水 4 Cups
八角 3-4粒
薑 5-6片
酸菜
烤(炒)過的花生米 1/2 Cup
糖 5 tsp
💕貼心小提示 :
1. 但視頻中是用了二磅五花肉,份量比較多,可以留下一部分配飯吃,也可以把所有的食材份量減半
2. 可以一次多做幾個(除了酸菜和花生粉)保存在冰箱的冷凍庫,想吃的時候拿出來室溫解凍,再放在電鍋裡蒸一下,加上酸菜和花生粉即可吃.
3. 如果沒有時間自己做荷葉包,也可以到華人超市去買現成的

How to make Gua Bao (pork belly bao buns/Taiwanese burger), a popular Taiwanese street food snack, with a melt in your mouth braised pork belly and a soft & fluffy bao bun.
Ingredients : 
[Bao Bun] :
All-purpose flour 200 g
Water 10 g
Sugar 20 g
Yeast 1/4 tsp
[Braised Pork Belly] :
Pork belly 2 LB
Rock sugar 90 g
Shaoxing wine 1/4 Cup
Soy sauce 1/2 Cup
Water 4 Cups
Star Anise 5-6 pc
[Pickled Mustard Greens (Suan cai)] :
Roasted peanuts 1/2 Cup
Sugar 5 tsp
Notes :
1. In the video, we used 2 pounds of pork belly. If this is too much for you, you can halve all the ingredients for a smaller portion.
2. These are great stored in the freezer. You can make more at a time and store them (fully cooked, pork belly and bao bun only - don't freeze the pickled mustard greens and peanuts) in the freezer. To eat, take them out to thaw at room temperature and steam them to heat them up.
3. If you don’t have time to make your own Gua Bao buns, you can also buy them at your local asian grocery store. They will often be found in the freezer aisle, and sometimes called "lotus buns".
