I take spirulina and red maca powder during the last and first week of my cycle and it has done wonders for me. I removed my mirena after 6.5 years and it has been tough to the point where I experienced PMDD for 20 days. It was hell! Healthy diet and light workouts help me also! ❤❤❤

Same. My cravings, irritability, and fatigue usually starts 2 weeks before my period. That’s half the month 😢 so it’s hard not to think that’s just who I am

I'm suffering from pms, it's hard for me to function at the time of the month... I'm unmarried but most of them said if u get married then the symptoms will fade away 😂, but I don't understand that

Depends.. some people do see a change after having kids. What I mention in the video would help tons.. in case it doesn’t id highly recommend you see a doctor 💗
