In my opinion, meal prep is an essential habit for a healthy lifestyle. Most of us don't have the time to cook healthy, well-rounded meals every single day so meal prepping enables us to cook those meals in one day and be ready to go for the rest of the week.
Meal prep has helped me reach my fitness and health goals, save time throughout the week, eat healthier, and save money that I would have spent on eating out. It has also helped me learn to cook more meals!
I highly recommend meal prepping to everyone, especially those who want to live a healthier, happier lifestyle and save money in the process of doing so.
