Hi everyone. Today I will be showing you how to do 4 different mills with the clubs. Remember to keep your hands straight so that you don't hurt yourself.Start slowly and once you get the hang of it you can start doing it faster. Do all the exercises 15-20 times. And when you know how to do the mill than start doing for 10s(like 10s forward then 10s back)20s up to at least 50.
