I love photography and do it because i love it, But I would love to make some money from it, video has been an inspiration.

I am reading the book "Depths of Glory" by Irving Stone. Your passion seems to run parallel to Camille Pissarro. Just a painter trying to capture the perfect scene. When you talked about the worker whistling while making a living made the connection for me.

Really enjoyed this presentation! When it comes to sponsorships, Sapna seems to have luck with a passive approach. Do you have any recommendations for actively seeking out partnerships?

Unfortunately the brands get so many enquiries on So Me platforms and via email that these tend to be ignored. Actively posting/tagging the product seems to work better.

Thank you Sapna, you are a very inspirational speaker. Love your work and thanks for the tip on setting a goal to learn one thing a week. Good luck with your goal at becoming a full time photographer, I have little doubt that you will succeed.

Thank you. When the journey is the reward life is good. 😊
Mid -journey and other AI platforms laugh at the notion of a good paying career in photography in the next 5-10 years.

For anyone who has experienced the thrill of adventure in the wilderness, substituting that with just editing indoors would not be a good option. Yes, AI will have an impact on image generation but we will continue to do what we love to do. Why do people climb mountains when they could just fly over them and take in the view? My clients tend to enjoy the journey of acquisition of the image even more than the image itself.

I think AI would be just an instrument, not the end result, just like the camera is not the photo itself. I think that we as photographers are called to convey a message through photos as a proof of experiences we had and not just creating something beautiful. For the moment I see AI just like something to create beautiful art unlinked to any experience
